Who What Wear Ruffle Dress // Call It Spring OTK Boots // J.Crew Crossbody // BaubleBar Ear Crawlers

The holidays are upon us! Anyone else secretly listening to Christmas music and hanging out in the holiday aisle at Target? Okay so maybe I’m doing it not so secretly but I just can’t help the Christmas cheer that’s already begun. I’m not one for putting up the tree before Halloween but once trick or treating is over,  it’s time to start slowly bringing out the garland and a few little bits here and there. It’s also the time to start thinking about dress options for your upcoming holiday parties.

This year I want to go bold with my dress options. Think RED! Red is a great statement piece for the holiday season and is really the one time of year where you can get away with such a bold look. I picked up this red floral dress recently from Target and love the way it fits and the bold floral pattern. The ruffle detail keeps it flirty and feminine and hits in the right places. There’s nothing worse than a ruffle that hits right on the butt accentuating and area I’m always trying to hide. It pairs perfect with OTK boots and strappy heels.

These are the best 9 red dresses perfect for the holidays…

I love this lace sheath dress from Amazon and think it would be a great holiday party dress. It’s a little sexy without showing too much.

My other favorite is this burgundy ruffle dress from Express. Fit and Flare is my go to dress style (figure flattering) and has a faux wrap front that minimizes the waist.

If red isn’t your thing, you can always go with navy, a jewel tone dress, patterns or you can never go wrong with a LBD.

What is your go to look for holiday parties?
